Who we are

What we collect
- Your project: rooms, measurements, condition, finishes, access, timing, notes and the photos or video links you choose to send.
- Your contact details: name, phone number, email address and postcode.
- How you found us: the page you arrived on and the referring website, plus call-tracking information if you phone us. Calls to our number may be recorded for quality and training.
Why
To price your project and arrange the work you ask about. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, plus our legitimate interest in understanding which pages help customers.
Who sees it
- The decorator who prices and carries out your project.
- PaintNetwork, the project-management system we use to pass quote requests to decorators.
- Our call-tracking provider (WhatConverts) and our website host (Hostinger), which process data on our behalf.
We never sell your details or add you to marketing lists.
How long
Quote requests and photos are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless they become part of a job, in which case they are kept as long as needed for that job's records.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by emailing info@haringeypainters.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
The quote tool saves your answers in your own browser, so you don't lose them if you leave. Our call-tracking script sets cookies so we can tell which page led to a call.
