Keeping you open
Most commercial decorating is planned around trading hours. Shops and restaurants are painted overnight or on closing days, and offices over weekends, one zone at a time. The quote asks for your opening hours and any access restrictions, so the price already includes working out of hours.
Specification
Commercial spaces take harder wear than homes. We specify scrubbable or washable finishes for walls, hard-wearing coatings for doors and frames, and low-odour waterborne products so staff and customers aren't breathing solvent. Colours can be matched to your brand's paint references.
How commercial quotes work
Every commercial project is reviewed by a person, not just the calculator. The online form gathers the size, the use and the constraints, and a visit is offered where it will make the price more accurate.
For the shared parts of residential blocks, see communal areas.
Questions
Can you work overnight?
Yes, where the premises allow it. Out-of-hours working is included in the quote rather than added afterwards.
